Akaash runs the bays. Eight years around paint and polish taught him that the finish is decided before the machine is switched on — in the wash, the clay and the light you inspect under. Fussy in the best way.
Aman is the one on the machine polisher. Swirls, holograms and dull clear coat are his daily argument, and he usually wins it panel by panel. Ask him about two-step corrections; he will not stop.
Gupta handles the first and most important step: the snow-foam pre-wash and the two-bucket hand wash. Fast, careful hands and zero tolerance for a dirty mitt touching clean paint.
Rama looks after everything inside the car — extraction, steam, odour treatment and the fiddly bits between the seats. Scooters and bikes get his attention on diesel wash days too.
